| Dear Iris, This letter is long overdue since now I feel that I have already "settled down" in the house, and the process of acquiring it now seems to me like something that happened a long time ago. However, I still have very fresh in my memory all your invaluable help starting with the processes of looking for the "ideal place" (which was so quick because you had understood so well what I was looking for!) all the way to helping me a lot already after the closing, when I was still new to Newport and also had to arrange many things remotely. Let me tell you that you cannot have had a more happy and grateful customer than I am. You have shared with me so much of your professional knowledge and experience every step of the way, and helped convert a - usually stressful - process of "making a major (real estate) investment" into a truly enjoyable experience. At every point, I have had a feeling that I am in good hands and did not feel uncomfortable even for a moment, despite the fact that my husband could not be of much help this time around because of his work engagements. To summarize, I really cannot be happier with the choice of this wonderful house, and with how all aspects of the transaction have been handled (under your watchful eye) starting with the initial negotiations with the seller - when you protected me against making even a tiny bit more of a commitment than was really necessary, to all inspections, financing, closing, and even the insurance (when in all those instances, your smart advice has saved us money), and to the period after the closing when you volunteered further help and made my life so much easier.
